The Anindilyakwa Land Council seeks a Building Asset & Maintenance Coordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver maintenance across a portfolio of 128 structures. You will implement preventative maintenance schedules, manage reactive requests, and ensure safety and compliance.

In this role you will engage contractors, manage work orders, monitor performance and support continuous improvement in asset data and lifecycle management to sustain organisational readiness.
