We're building a kitchen team to bring this new concept to life - a vibrant rooftop destination combining elevated pub food, cocktails, music and the best of St Kilda's atmosphere.

Think modern pub favourites, dishes made to share and a menu designed for everything from relaxed afternoons to buzzing late-night sessions.
About the Rooftop n
The new rooftop will have a up-to-date, funky fit-out with plenty of personality - relaxed enough for a casual afternoon, but elevated enough for a night out.

The offering will include:

Elevated pub fare and dishes made to share

A full dining menu catering to groups and casual diners

Corporate events, functions and social celebrations

We're looking for Chefs who: n

Love working in busy, high-energy kitchens

Have experience across pubs, restaurants, rooftops or high-volume venues
n
Take pride in quality, consistency and presentation
n
Can work confidently across a varied menu
n
Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
n
Want to be part of a new venue concept from the ground up
