What will you do?
This role sees you responsible for efficiently and compliantly checking, processing and claiming all Wage Subsidy Agreements and Payments as well as Employment drawdowns including Purchase Orders and Internal Professional Services.Your primary focus will be on:Create Wage Subsidy Head Agreements and Payment Schedules within 48 hours of receiving requestEnsuring documentary evidence for payments requested from employers within 48 hours of the payment becoming due.Ensure all activities and actions are conducted in line with Department guidelinesAssist the ESST Team Leader and staff to ensure 100% complianceSubmitting claims accurately and within the agreed timelinesProviding accurate forecast to the relevant stakeholders.
Who are you?
We are looking for skills and experience such as:Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing and/or recruitment deliveryStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast pace, pressured environment and against tight deadlinesRelates well to all kinds of people - up, down and sideways,
inside and outside the organisationSound IT skillsUnderstanding of the WFA Employment Services DEEDs and Guidelines preferred but not essentialA valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
