optimise stock and reduce wasteCreate unforgettable experiences – go beyond service to create genuine, memorable Koko MomentsMaintain exceptional standards – ensure our store presentation and customer experience reflect the premium Koko Black brand About YouYou'll bring:Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within a premium or high-volume retail environmentA passion for coaching, developing and bringing out the best in your teamA customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiencesStrong commercial awareness and the drive to achieve resultsA proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a busy environmentConfidence working collaboratively with your Store Manager and wider leadership teamBilingual language skills, particularly Mandarin, would be highly regarded and an advantage in connecting with our diverse customer baseAnd of course... a love of chocolate!
