We are seeking an experienced
Design Manager
to join our team at our Rydalmere Support Office.
n
Reporting to the
Pre-Construction Manager
, you will lead the design process from early concept through construction and handover, coordinating clients, consultants, architects and internal project teams to achieve compliant, buildable and well-resolved design outcomes.
Your Role n
Manage the design process from concept through to construction and handover.
n
Translate client objectives into clear design briefs, programmes and deliverables.
n
Coordinate and manage the performance of architects, consultants and key design stakeholders.
n
Oversee Development Applications, Construction Certificates and design approvals.
n
Ensure design documentation complies with the NCC, relevant standards and project requirements.
n
Identify and resolve design, coordination and buildability issues early.
n
Lead and support design team members in line with Mono's FRANK values.
n
Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned across projects.
n




Support project teams through Occupation Certificate and final handover.
Who You Are n
Experienced in design management across the full project development and construction lifecycle.
n
Proven experience delivering
large Class 2 residential projects valued at $30M+
.
n
Strong experience managing consultants, design coordination, approvals and compliance.
n
Qualifications in Design Management, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
