SRG Hospitality – Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point SRG Hospitality – Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point.From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;Must work well in a team workplace;Positive attitude and passion for cooking;Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.Job Type: Permanent Full-timeSalary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super.
