Working across both reception and clinical areas, you'll support our clinicians, our patients and the wider team throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and materials
n
Cleaning and sterilising instruments and maintaining infection control standards
n
Supporting patients through their appointment and helping them feel comfortable
n
Welcoming patients and providing friendly, skilled service at reception
n
Answering patient enquiries in person and over the phone
n
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and completing general administrative tasks
