As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating an engaging store environment where both your team and customers feel inspired.

What You'll Bring: n

Previous retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or similar

A proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets

Strong coaching and team development skills

Experience building positive, engaged and high-performing teams

Confidence using data and KPIs to drive results

A genuine enthusiasm for homewares, interiors or lifestyle retail
