Trinity College
is a multi-site, independent, co-educational Anglican College founded in a liberal education tradition and located in the northern Adelaide region. With a proud 40-year history, our model features a central administration hub that provides key shared facilities, connecting our individual School sites. This approach enables our students to experience the advantages and resources of a large, modern College while receiving the individual attention typically associated with smaller schools.

This Role
is an essential and valued part of our College operations. As part of the College-wide ICT Services team, you will help staff and students use College technology effectively and minimise disruption to teaching, learning and College operations. This is a practical, user-focused role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting people and working in a busy educational environment.
Key accountabilities n
n
Providing responsive frontline ICT support to staff and students
n
Investigating and resolving hardware, software, account, printing and connectivity issues
n
Supporting classroom technology, audiovisual equipment and learning spaces
n
Installing, configuring, relocating and supporting computers, mobile devices, printers and peripherals
n
Assisting with device deployments, replacements, collections and equipment lifecycle activities
n
Supporting users with the setup and troubleshooting of College-managed Windows and iPadOS devices
n
Recording and updating incidents and service requests through the College's service management processes
n
Maintaining accurate asset records, technical procedures and support documentation
n
Supporting new staff onboarding,
College events and ICT improvement projects
n
Escalating complex, recurring, security-related or device-management issues to the appropriate ICT team member
n
What you will need to succeed: n
n
Experience providing frontline service desk or end-user ICT support
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and common end-user hardware and peripherals
n
An understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, authentication and access-related troubleshooting
n
Experience supporting printing, network connectivity, audiovisual equipment and classroom technology
n
The ability to prioritise competing requests and provide clear and timely updates
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A patient, professional and accessible approach when supporting users with different levels of technical confidence
n
The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a broader ICT team
n
Sound judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
n
A commitment to ongoing professional learning and service improvement
n
Able to have a flexible approach to working out of hours to accommodate College needs and be able to work during school holidays.
n

In addition, the following are strongly desirable:
n
n
A relevant information technology qualification
n
Experience working in a school, education setting or similarly complex organisation
n
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot or related enterprise infrastructure.
n
Relevant Microsoft or Apple certifications.
n
n
This position is classified at Level 3, Trinity College Enterprise Agreement ****, or its successor.
n
