Job Description
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join a well-established high-end residential builder on a large-scale luxury new build in Cronulla.
n
The builder specialises in complex, architecturally designed homes valued up to $40M across Sydney and has a solid pipeline of projects ahead.
n
You'll work closely with an experienced Site Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the site while remaining hands-on when required.
The Role n
n
Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations
n
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades
n
Manage quality, finishes and attention to detail
n
Read and interpret architectural drawings
n
Assist with programming and sequencing of works
n
Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard
n
Hands-on carpentry where required
n
Help drive the project through key stages of construction
n
About You n
n
Qualified Carpenter with strong Leading Hand experience
n
Must have experience on large-scale,



high-end architecturally designed residential new builds
n
Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle
n
Confident managing and coordinating trades
n
Excellent eye for detail and quality
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Looking to progress further into site management
n
