About the Role n
An opportunity is available for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a leading national electronic security integrator, supporting major data centre and critical infrastructure environments.
n
This position will have a strong focus on technical support, fault diagnosis, system troubleshooting and commissioning, working across enterprise electronic security platforms. You'll provide both remote and onsite support to field technicians and customers, with a particular focus on maintaining high-availability security systems.

Join an established national security integrator with ongoing project work
n
Duties n
n
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support across electronic security systems
n
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network & integration faults
n
Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend site when required
n
Support configuration,
programming, commissioning and system integration
n
Manage technical incidents through investigation, escalation and resolutionComplete technical documentation and assist with system testing and upgrades
n
Skills & Experience n
n
Previous experience within electronic security technical
support/engineering
n
Strong experience with Genetec (highly regarded)
n
Experience supporting CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems
n
Strong fault-finding, networking and systems troubleshooting capability
n
Previous L1/L2 support or technical escalation experience
n
NV1 Security Clearance (highly regarded)
n
Data centre, Defence or critical infrastructure experience advantageous
