We are seeking an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
to join a growing telehealth healthcare team supporting Australian veterans.
n
This is a
fully remote, full-time position
working Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
About the Role n
You will provide support to patients via telehealth, working alongside a team of doctors and other healthcare professionals.
n
The role involves patient communication, clinical support, triage, care coordination and following up on patient requests. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
n
This role would suit a nurse who is confident working independently, highly organised and comfortable working in a busy online healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Conducting patient consultations via telehealth
n
Taking accurate and detailed clinical notes during consultations
n
Working with GPs and the wider clinical team
n
Managing your own workload and working independently
n
Managing appointment bookings and keeping the consultation schedule running smoothly
n
Communicating professionally and compassionately with patients
n
Managing upset, frustrated or distressed patients calmly and appropriately
n
Identifying matters requiring escalation and referring to the appropriate member of the clinical team
n
Following established clinical processes and procedures
n
Providing a high standard of patient care and maintaining accurate documentation
n
About You n
n
Current AHPRA registration as an
RN or EN
n
Previous nursing experience
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Comfortable working independently from home
n
Confident using technology and online clinical systems
n
Calm, professional and compassionate approach
n
Experience working with veterans or within veteran healthcare is highly regarded
n

You will need:

Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
