About our client
Our client is a globally recognised technology company and a leading provider of multifunction print and document solutions. Their Canberra service team is friendly, supportive and works closely together, and they look after a broad mix of business and organisational customers across the region. They’re now looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

About the role
You’ll be on the road most of the day, visiting client sites to install, maintain and repair multifunction photocopiers and printers (MFDs). You’ll own your schedule, fix problems on the spot wherever you can, and be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the brand for customers.

What you’ll be doing

- Installing, configuring and maintaining multifunction copiers and printers at client sites
- Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software faults
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running well
- Responding promptly to service calls and troubleshooting issues on site
- Giving customers clear, professional advice and keeping them informed
- Working with internal technical teams to escalate complex faults when needed

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience servicing and repairing multifunction photocopiers and/or printers




- Robust fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical and software components
- Confidence using diagnostic tools and service software
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in plain language
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time in the field
- A current, valid driver’s licence
- Full working rights in Australia
