Design & Build are partnering with a fantastic national architecture practice looking to add their next Associate Architect to their Brisbane team. Seeking an experienced Architect to lead the multi-residential team complied of graduate to senior architects as the pipeline is full and ready to go!

This is a fabulous opportunity to take ownership of major city shaping projects whilst leading a team of through project delivery, executing design excellence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project delivery from concept through to completion, managing programmes, resources, budgets, deliverables and quality across multi-residential projects.
- Lead and coordinate the multi-residential team, driving design quality, technical excellence and successful project outcomes.
- Lead design reviews across projects and contribute to studio-wide design reviews, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and design excellence.




- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while mentoring and developing team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.

About you:

- QLD Registration highly regarded
- Minimum 10 years' post-Masters experience
- Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects across multi-residential projects
- Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency and a robust understanding of BIM workflows.
