Customer Service Representative

If you love helping people and getting the details right, you'll feel at home here.

We're looking for someone friendly and organised to join our customer service team. You'll help customers with their questions, orders and warranty claims, and make sure every one of them feels looked after.

There's plenty of variety in the role. You'll get to know a premium range respected by designers and architects, backed by a lifetime guarantee.

About Us

Meir is an Australian-owned brand that has grown from humble beginnings to a formidable presence in the global market. We specialise in premium tapware and bathroom products, backed by our lifetime guarantee and a relentless commitment to quality and design. We Do It Better isn't just our mission statement, it's how we operate, every single day.

The Role

Every day, you'll help customers get what they need and help our team keep things running smoothly.

- Handle phone and email enquiries with clarity, warmth and care
- Process orders accurately and keep customers updated on progress
- Flag potential delivery issues early so they can be sorted quickly
- Handle warranty claims and keep customers informed along the way
- Keep our CRM and ERP systems accurate and up to date
- Work closely with our warehouse, sales and internal teams
- Complete returns and credits and work with our customers to close these out
- Liase with Freight carriers and coordinate freight bookings with stores where required.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based in our office at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong. You will report to our Customer Service Manager.

Who We're Looking For

You're warm with people, careful with the details and happy to see things through. When it gets busy, you stay calm and keep everyone in the loop.

- Customer service experience, ideally in a product-based business
- Confident with systems, CRM or ERP experience a bonus
- Calm and clear when conversations get tricky
- Organised, accurate and able to juggle priorities
- Current drivers licence
- Proactive, takes initiative and follows things through to completion

And the non-negotiables: you do what you say you'll do, you own it when something goes wrong, and you treat everyone with kindness and respect.

Must Have Values

These aren't aspirational. They're how we treat each other every day, and the minimum we expect from everyone here.
Respect: You're kind and act with good intent. You treat others the way they want to be treated, with empathy. You listen without prejudice and stay calm.
Team Work: You bring positivity and optimism, glass half full. You respect other points of view, stay non-judging and helpful, and work towards a common goal.
Integrity: You talk about people only when they're in the room. You do what's right when no one's looking, and you do what you say you're going to do.

What's on Offer

- Regular Monday to Friday hours, with your weekends free
- Be part of an award-winning range sold in 40+ countries
- Stand behind products backed by a lifetime guarantee
- Plenty of variety, from orders to warranty claims

If this sounds like you, we'd really love to hear from you.

Send us your CV and a few lines about why this role feels right for you.
Let me know your feedback.
