An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a respected commercial construction business delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across Melbourne.
This role will suit a proven No.1 Site Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead from the front and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes across safety, quality, program and client relationships.
The Opportunity
- Permanent Senior Site Manager position.
- Lead premium commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Corporate workplace experience highly regarded.
- Take ownership of site delivery from project commencement through to handover.
- Work alongside an experienced team with a strong focus on quality, collaboration and accountability.
About You
- 10+ years’ experience as a No.1 Site Manager or above.
- Extensive commercial fit out and refurbishment experience.
- Strong corporate workplace project experience highly regarded.
- Proven capability in programming, subcontractor management, OH&S;, quality and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Sign On Site, Breadcrumb and associated construction software is essential.
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive trades and maintain high site standards.
