Factory Hand for,
Security and Rolla Shutters manufacturer of roller and security shutters based in Bankstown, is looking for a Factory Hand to join their production team on a permanent basis. In this hands-on role, you'll support the assembly of shutters and contribute to the smooth operation of the manufacturing floor. If you have experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing, and you're comfortable working with power tools and machinery, this could be a excellent fit.

- Permanent position in shutter assembly and manufacturing support
- Work with power tools, machinery, and equipment in a fast-paced factory environment
- Based in Bankstown with opportunities to develop skills across welding and forklift operations

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing,



or a similar industrial setting
- Competence and confidence using power tools safely and effectively
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
- Welding experience or a genuine interest in developing this skill
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols on the factory floor

Preferred Qualifications

- Forklift certification or licence an advantage
- Welding qualification or demonstrated welding experience an advantage.
- White Card or equivalent workplace health and safety induction for construction or manufacturing
