We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive capital equipment sales and grow a dealership network across Western Australia.

Our client is a privately owned business supplying a premium, Australian made range of capital equipment, including water tanks, customised tank solutions and industrial storage systems, to the mining, civil, agricultural and industrial sectors.

This is a road-based role, with three to four days per week spent meeting new clients face to face across WA. A fully maintained company vehicle and all necessary tools are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure new capital equipment sales opportunities across WA
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations three to four days per week
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to installation and ongoing support
- Develop and expand the dealership network throughout the state
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Requirements:





- Proven experience in capital equipment sales or business development
- Background in the mining, civil or industrial sectors
- Comfortable in a predominantly road-based role with regular face-to-face client meetings
- Strong commercial acumen and a solution-focused approach to sales
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA
- Knowledge of water infrastructure, fluid handling or mobile equipment is highly regarded but not essential
