About the Position
Variety is built into this paediatric role. Your base is the clinic, where you will see children and teens aged 2 to 18 across speech sounds, literacy and language, with a little AAC.
From there you can choose to visit local schools, and a handful of online clients means part of your week can be done from home. That mix lets you shape a working week that suits you. Contact hours are realistic, admin and reporting time is protected, and your caseload is built gradually.
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
On Offer
Our client offers:
- A salary of $85,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Clinic-based work with the option of school visits and online clients
- Work-from-home flexibility for your online sessions
- Realistic contact hours, with protected admin and reporting time
- Weekly mentoring, case conferences and funded PD
- A role that is not KPI-driven, so quality therapy comes first
