About Our Client
Our client is an established, modern private practice in the Penrith area. Their team of speech pathologists is warm and collaborative, and demand for their services is steady. For a new graduate, that means experienced colleagues to learn from every day and a clinic with the work to keep you developing.
About the Position
This is a paediatric speech pathology role working with children and teens aged 2 to 18. You will work across speech sounds, literacy and language, with a little AAC, and there is scope to lean into the areas that interest you most.
Your caseload is built gradually, so you can settle in and build confidence before it fills. Weekly mentoring is tailored to you, and regular case conferences give you a team to work through tricky cases with. The role is clinic-based, with the option to visit local schools and work with a handful of online clients.
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- New graduates are welcome to apply
On Offer
Our client offers:
- A salary of $85,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience
- Weekly mentoring and case conferences, so you are never working it out alone
- Funded PD and access to the assessments you prefer to use
- A role that is not KPI-driven, so quality therapy comes first
- Realistic contact hours, with protected admin and reporting time
- A down-to-earth, team-oriented team, with great local cafes and amenities nearby
