About Our Client
Our client is a highly reputable, established clinic in the Penrith area, known for its focus on quality therapy. A supportive senior management team and an experienced Speech Pathology Director are ready to back a Senior OT who wants to lead.

About the Position
This is a genuine step into leadership. You will keep a hands-on paediatric caseload while designing and growing the OT offering, setting best practice and building a small team around you.

Your week might include paediatric assessments and intervention across fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, school readiness and ADLs, joint sessions and case conferences with Speech Pathologists, and service development such as pathways, resources and documentation standards.

Your caseload is clinic-based, with optional school visits and some telehealth or work from home for suitable clients.

Key Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy




- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- 5+ years of paediatric occupational therapy experience
