Our client is inviting an Occupational Therapist to join their leading Occupational Rehabilitation team in the breath taking landscapes of Tasmania. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your specialised knowledge to address the social, physical, psychological, and financial dimensions of workplace injuries and illnesses. Your expertise in assessing and enhancing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) will be crucial in helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. All of this while immersing yourself in Tasmania’s serene and picturesque environment, renowned for its lush landscapes and tranquil settings.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver holistic case management and coordinate tailored rehabilitation services
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop customised rehabilitation programs that enhance functional performance and ADLs
- Provide expert support to clients, enabling them to restore their physical and mental well-being, achieving successful outcomes and returning to work
- Conduct comprehensive pre-employment health and functional assessments, including ergonomic evaluations
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, offering innovative solutions and expert recommendations to support client goals

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
