Our client is an established boutique occupational rehabilitation provider seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead business operations, strengthen referral networks and support the next phase of business growth.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader who wants more than a traditional operations management role. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will have the autonomy to introduce improvements, develop new business opportunities and play an instrumental role in shaping the organisation's future.

The Role Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee operational performance while driving business development, strengthening stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient systems, high-quality service delivery and strong team performance.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across occupational rehabilitation, insurance and workplace injury management.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurers, employers, referral partners and other key industry stakeholders.
- Drive operational improvements, implementing systems and processes that support efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with the leadership and consulting teams to improve performance,



accountability and service consistency.
- Explore opportunities to introduce recent services, diversify revenue streams and expand the organisation's market presence.
- Oversee workforce planning, consultant capacity, productivity, workflow and operational performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and professional development to build a high-performing team.

What you will need:





- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, workplace injury management, allied health, insurance or a related healthcare environment.
- A commercially minded individual who understands what drives business growth, strong team performance and long-term success.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Relevant professional registration or accreditation
- Current driver's licence
- Australian Working Rights
