About the role:

- Support clients with psychological injuries through tailored recovery plans.
- Conduct initial assessments and establish recovery goals.
- Recognise and address obstacles to returning to work.
- Organise appropriate interventions with stakeholders.
- Offer vocational counselling and conduct assessments.
- Support clients at medical appointments and communicate with providers.
- Complete reports and maintain accurate case notes.
- Ensure a safe, timely return-to-work process.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
