What you will be doing:

- Leading and collaborating with a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of exceptional rehabilitation services.
- Driving quality assurance initiatives across all aspects of case management and service delivery.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and enhancing the client rehabilitation experience.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Managing a personal caseload of complex cases while applying advanced case management practices to achieve superior outcomes.
- Identifying and addressing barriers to Return to Work, and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees in their journey back to the workforce.

What you will need:

- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
