As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll engage in dynamic, client-centered care that goes beyond the hospital setting. What you will be doing:
- Coordinate client care plans to ensure seamless recovery and reintegration.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify health needs and barriers to recovery.
- Partner with allied health professionals, employers, and insurers for unified care.
- Guide clients and families through the rehabilitation process with education and advocacy.
- Track client progress, adjust care plans as needed, and prepare detailed reports.
- Enjoy a balance between autonomy in decision-making and teamwork, with flexible work.

- Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
