What you will be doing:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' abilities, limitations, and needs.
- Develop individualised rehabilitation plans with realistic goals and interventions.
- Identify RTW psychological barriers
- Provide emotional and psychological support, helping clients cope with their conditions.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate rehabilitation.
- Assist clients in exploring career options and support job placement and vocational training.
- Educate clients and families about the rehabilitation process and advocate for clients' rights.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjusting plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Offer crisis intervention and refer clients to appropriate emergency services when necessary.

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
