Are you a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant with a background in physiotherapy? This is your chance to join our client's dedicated team for those based in regional Victoria. What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Help clients return to work or find new employment, including job coaching and workplace modifications.
- Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
Why this role:
- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $120,000k + Super (experience dependent).

What you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
