As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing cases effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conducting a variety of assessments, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, to diagnose conditions, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
- Assisting individuals with injuries or health conditions in their recovery and successful reintegration into the workforce.
- Initiating support for both mental health and physical injury-related cases.
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical/allied health professionals to achieve shared objectives.
- Developing and implementing programs to prevent workplace injuries and promote workplace safety through education.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
