As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your knowledge of speech pathology in assessing client needs, developing tailored rehabilitation plans, and providing expert advice to clients and their families. This position not only offers a chance to diversify your skill set but also to contribute significantly to patient recovery and quality of life.

What you will be doing:

- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalities
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplace
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients

- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000k + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- SPA Membership
