About the Company
Our client is a well established, family focused private dental practice in Perth's northern suburbs, built on a genuinely loyal patient base and an outstanding local reputation, reflected in hundreds of five star patient reviews. The practice is led by two hands on practice directors, one of whom continues to treat patients directly and is now looking to hand a growing share of that clinical work to the right associate. The support team, front office and dental assisting, has been in place for years, giving a new dentist a stable, well run setting and genuine mentorship to step straight into, rather than a team still finding its feet.

About the Position
This is an associate dentist role covering 2 to 4 days a week, with genuine flexibility on which days and a preference for earlier in the week. You will work from a fully equipped 2 chair surgery with an intraoral scanner and OPG on site, and step into an established book from day one, roughly half full immediately and building further through the year.



As the practice's principal dentist scales back his own clinical load, complex cases and direct referrals, implants, all on 4 and other advanced restorative work, are being handed to the practice's associates rather than sent externally, giving you a genuine pathway into higher value, more interesting dentistry alongside your general list, with hands on mentorship along the way. Clinicians building a portfolio across multiple practices will also be considered.

Key Requirements
• Current general AHPRA registration with the Dental Board of Australia
• A minimum of 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience; this role does not suit a new graduate
• Ideal: demonstrated confidence with complex and cosmetic treatment, including transparent aligners
• Overseas-trained candidates are welcome to apply, provided they already hold full working rights in Australia; this role cannot offer visa sponsorship
