The Senior Payroll Officer is to perform day-to-day payroll activities working full time hours in a standalone payroll position managing monthly corporate payroll in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Key Responsibilities:





- End-to-end payroll processing including wages, salaries using Definitiv.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payslips, tax forms, and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll processes

Your Profile:

- Exposure to payroll functions will be looked upon favourably
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Standalone payroll experience is essential.
