We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join Guide Healthcare, supporting our client's residents near Blacktown.

The Role You’ll support residents to build strength, mobility and confidence so they can live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented and outcome-driven therapy while building strong relationships with residents, families and the broader care team.

1. Assessment & Care Planning – Develop individualised treatment plans that support resident goals and clinical needs.
2. Manual Handling Training – Promote safe mobility and handling practices for residents and care staff.
3. Wellness & Reablement Programs – Help residents maintain function, build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

- Recognised Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
- National Police Check
- Driver’s licence and reliable car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination, in line with applicable requirements
- Full working rights in Australia
- Residential aged care experience desirable
