We are currently seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians / Refrigeration Mechanics for multiple FIFO opportunities across Western Australia.
We have various roster options available, offering ongoing work across mining,
fixed plant, industrial facilities and camp maintenance environments in WA
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs on refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration faults.
- Perform installations, inspections and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain fixed plant, industrial and camp refrigeration equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Australian Standards.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).
- Current WA Restricted Electrical Licence or other appropriate electrical licence.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in refrigeration maintenance and fault-finding.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- National Police Clearance certificate
Highly Desirable
- Previous FIFO or mining experience.
- Fixed plant or industrial refrigeration experience.
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers and HVAC systems.
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets.
- Experience with SAP maintenance systems.
