ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to internal promotion, a full-time permanent opportunity is now available in our Client Services Team as a Training Coordinator.
Based in our Moorabbin Head Office, you will take a key focus on coordinating and delivering the training, documentation, compliance, onboarding, e-learning, and system support functions that enable Prestige Inhome Care's Client Services teams to operate consistently, confidently, and at their best.
You will also ensure our IT initiatives are quality tested in readiness for business use.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Client Services onboarding, induction and skills assessment
- Maintenance of all Service Delivery materials and documentation
- IT testing and system support (approx. 20% of role)
- Project support
- Communication and issue tracking
- Training support for Client Services, Contact Centre and Case Management teams

ABOUT YOU
You will bring solid experience in a training coordination, learning & development or a related role, ideally within aged care, community care, or health services. Experience developing or maintaining operational documentation, training materials, or e-learning content will also be valuable.
In addition, you will have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate training to groups at all levels
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- A client-centred mindset and continuous improvement focus
- The ability to balance and blend logical reasoning with creativity




- Proficiency in and a willingness to learn various technologies including e-learning platforms, CRM, rostering and client management systems
