Key Responsibilities:

- Manage trade procurement, scope development, and sub-contractor lettings.
- Prepare, review, and administer head contracts and sub-contractor agreements.
- Assess, negotiate, and process monthly progress claims and variation requests.
- Control project budgets, track expenditures, and assist with financial forecasting.
- Handle RFIs, technical queries, and contractual notices with site leads and consultants.
- Ensure strict contractual compliance and maintain precise financial documentation.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
- Practical background managing trade packages across diverse commercial builds.
- High-level commercial acumen, budget tracking, and contract administration skills.




- Strong negotiation capability and clear sub-contractor management skills.
- Solid understanding of Australian construction contracts and building standards.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
