The Opportunity

We are working with a fantastic, well-established, Australian-owned structural engineering consultancy based on Sydney's Upper North Shore, looking to welcome an experienced Structural Revit Drafter/Technician to their growing team.

You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the industrial, commercial, retail and education sectors, collaborating closely with experienced structural engineers and fellow drafters.

As a medium-sized consultancy, they offer the perfect balance of engaging, technically challenging projects and a friendly, down-to-earth working environment, without the corporate layers and red tape often found in larger Tier 1 firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce accurate, high-quality structural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
- Work across a diverse range of building projects, including industrial, commercial, retail and educational developments.
- Prepare detailed structural documentation for concrete, steel and other structural elements.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects and other disciplines to coordinate designs.
- Develop and maintain Revit models throughout various stages of project delivery.
- Identify and resolve design coordination issues.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet relevant Australian Standards and project requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the successful delivery of projects.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience working as a Structural Revit Drafter/Technician within a building structures consultancy.




- Strong Revit skills and experience producing structural documentation.
- Experience working on building projects across one or more of the industrial, commercial, retail or education sectors.
- Good understanding of structural steel and reinforced concrete detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other drafters.
- A positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine passion for producing quality work.
