We are representing our client in the recruitment of an OSHC Coordinator based in Inner West Sydney, NSW.

As the OSHC Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a 40-place service, providing high-quality before and after school care that supports children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. You’ll be supported by a full-time 2IC and a strong leadership team who are passionate about qualified growth, compliance, and creating a fun, engaging environment for children and educators alike.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and manage the daily operations of the OSHC program
- Oversee and mentor a team of educators, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement engaging, child-led programs that align with the service philosophy
- Maintain compliance with NQF, NQS, and organisational policies
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

What You’ll Need

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior educator role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Anaphylaxis training
