THE ROLE

- Support the Store Manager in leading a team of 15 in a high-volume outlet.
- Drive sales, achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Coach and develop your team, building a positive and accountable culture.
- Manage stock flow, replenishment and daily store operations.
- Assist with rostering, administration and maintaining strong store presentation.
- Lead by example on the shop floor and help the team perform at its best.

ABOUT YOU

- Previous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.
- Experience in an outlet or high-volume retail environment, with strong stock management skills.
- Confident leading larger teams and developing team members.
- Mature,



organised and resilient, with the ability to bring stability to a changing team.
- Commercially minded, fashion-forward and passionate about customer experience.
- Looking for a role where you can grow and progress your career.
