About the Company
Join an established Australian fashion retailer with a strong history and a loyal customer base. With stores across Australia and a growing focus on evolving the customer experience, the business is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join one of its Queensland locations. This is a customer-focused retail environment where genuine service, strong sales ability and building lasting relationships are highly valued.

About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store while leading a small team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and supporting the store team
- Driving sales through strong customer engagement and service
- Building relationships with repeat and new customers
- Managing rosters and day-to-day store operations
- Overseeing stock processing and inventory
- Coordinating online orders
- Maintaining high presentation and visual standards
- Supporting a positive and enjoyable team culture

This is not a heavily KPI-driven environment. The focus is on quality customer service,



relationship building and achieving robust sales through an engaged and capable team.

About You

We are looking for an experienced retail Store Manager who:

- Has a strong background in sales-focused retail
- Is confident leading and developing a team
- Naturally builds strong customer relationships
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is commercially aware and understands what drives retail sales
- Can confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a store
- Takes pride in store presentation and standards
- Has a genuine interest in fashion and customer service

Visual merchandising experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. Experience with Shopify or online retail systems would also be advantageous.
