We are seeking an energetic, motivated, hands-on Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, driving results, and delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-volume store.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure operational excellence across the business.
This hands-on leadership position suits someone who enjoys a quick-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff training
- Driving sales, customer satisfaction and overall store performance
- Monitoring operational KPIs, reporting and internal compliance requirements
- Supporting rostering, labour management and cost control




- Maintaining exceptional standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness
- Creating a positive, engaging and results-driven team culture

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, quick-service restaurants or retail will be highly regarded
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and drive business performance
- High energy, a positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Adaptable, solutions-focused and confident working under pressure
- A hands-on management style and willingness to get involved in all aspects of operations
