JK Personnel is partnering with a Ballarat-based engineering and manufacturing business seeking an experienced Fitter & Turner to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Fitter & Turner to join a busy manufacturing environment where quality workmanship is highly valued. You'll work across a range of machining tasks, utilising both manual and CNC equipment to produce precision components while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

The Role

- Operating conventional lathes, milling machines and drilling equipment
- Setting and operating CNC machinery
- Performing routine machine maintenance and inspections
- Assisting with assembly and testing activities as required
- Maintaining quality, safety and housekeeping standards

About You

- Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner or similar machining trade
- Experience operating manual and/or CNC machining equipment




- Robust ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety

Please Note: All applicants will be required to participate in a drug and alcohol test & medical assessment to be successful in this role.
