We're partnering with a well-established, customer-focused national retailer to recruit THREE exceptional Senior Sales Leaders across Adelaide.
These aren't your typical administration-heavy 2IC roles. We're looking for genuine salespeople who lead from the front, think commercially and get a real kick out of seeing their team succeed.

The Opportunity This is your chance to step into a hands-on leadership position where your sales ability, energy and commercial mindset will genuinely make a difference.
You'll work closely with store leadership to drive performance, build customer loyalty and create a team culture where everyone is motivated to achieve more.

What will you be doing?

- Leading by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Driving sales performance and consistently working towards targets.
- Coaching and developing team members to become stronger, more confident salespeople.
- Understanding and influencing key retail metrics, including ATV, IPS and conversion.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Supporting daily operations, stock presentation and merchandising.
- Taking ownership and confidently stepping up when required.

Is This You? You might already be an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Senior Sales Consultant or retail leader.





Or perhaps you're the strongest salesperson in your store, the person everyone turns to for advice, and you're ready for your next challenge.

We're looking for someone who:

- Genuinely loves selling and thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Has a robust track record of achieving sales results.
- Understands retail KPIs and what drives a successful store.
- Naturally motivates, coaches and supports others.
- Builds meaningful relationships with customers.
- Brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude to work.
- Is commercially minded, confident and comfortable taking ownership.

Experience in sporting goods, footwear, fashion, lifestyle, premium retail or other high-performing sales environments would be highly regarded.
