About the Role
This is a full branch leadership role with accountability for financial performance, customer satisfaction and team development at an established John Deere dealership on the Eastern Eyre Peninsula. The Branch Manager holds genuine P&L; responsibility, personally manages key accounts, and shapes sales strategy across a large broadacre territory.

Duties

- Drive branch financial performance including sales targets, budgets and cost control
- Build and maintain key account relationships while pursuing further market growth
- Lead and develop a small team — hiring, coaching, performance management and daily coordination
- Oversee planning and execution of marketing activities, field days, machinery demonstrations and customer clinics

Skills & Experience

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach staff and manage performance




- Robust account management and structured approach to sales and territory coverage
- Experience in branch, retail, sales or operational management; a background in agribusiness or rural sales is highly considered
- Strong commercial acumen — budgets, P&L;, cost control and branch financial reporting
- Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
