We're looking for a proactive and influential HSE Officer who is passionate about creating safer workplaces, building solid safety cultures and supporting operational teams to achieve excellence in health, safety and environmental performance.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with leaders and frontline employees across manufacturing operations, driving compliance, supporting injury management, identifying risks and helping ensure every employee goes home safely.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace safety assessments.
- Identify hazards, assess risks and implement practical control measures.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and workplace injuries.
- Support injury management and return-to-work processes.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and employee training.
- Monitor WHS compliance against legislation, standards and company procedures.
- Prepare HSE reports, safety data and compliance documentation.
- Partner with leaders and employees to promote a proactive safety culture.





Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS/HSE role.
- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and regulations.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Experience performing workplace inspections and compliance audits.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with strong administrative capability.
- Ability to interpret and apply safety regulations, standards and procedures.

Preferred Experience:

- Manufacturing, production, logistics, engineering or other high-risk industries.
- Injury management and Return-to-Work coordination experience.
- Delivery of workplace training, inductions and toolbox talks.
- Environmental compliance exposure.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Forklift Licence.
- Experience working with safety management systems and reporting platforms.
