About the role
Working closely with Care Operations, you’ll help ensure our Child Safety services are well coordinated, compliant and supported by accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular client file reviews and collating documentation relating to care and case plans
- Supporting compliance with Child Safety, NDIS, workplace health and safety and DCR requirements
- Completing weekly Support Worker compliance checks and following up outstanding documentation
- Maintaining client rosters of care and ensuring information is accurately reflected in DCR’s Client Management System
- Supporting Care Operations with external audits and accreditation requirements
- Liaising with government agencies and other stakeholders
- Providing broader administrative and operational support to the Care Operations team.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident working with multiple stakeholders and understands the importance of getting the detail right in a regulated care environment.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A Diploma-level qualification or higher in Youth Work, Community Services, Disability, Child Protection or a related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience within a busy service or operational environment
- Knowledge of Child Protection and/or disability support practices
- Strong administration, coordination and record-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with government organisations
- A current driver’s licence and your own transport
- Relevant screening, First Aid and CPR credentials, or willingness to obtain the required clearances including LCS2 /certifications.
Salary & Benefits
At DCR, we want our people to feel valued and supported. We offer:
- Market-competitive salary package, aligned with experience and qualifications
- Permanent, full-time position with Monday to Friday hours
- Murarrie-based role within an established care provider
- Opportunity to make a genuine impact across our Child Safety services
- Work alongside an experienced Care Operations team
- A supportive environment built around Teamwork, Respect, Trust and Integrity
- Opportunities to broaden your experience across Child Safety, disability services, compliance and care operations
