This temporary position offers an excellent chance for individuals looking to gain experience in the retail industry. However , could possible be a progression into Part-time or Full time. As a Retail Casual, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our store, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register
- Support team members in achieving sales targets and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities
Qualifications:
- No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
