Skala Bakery is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated team member to join our West Lakes store on a casual basis. This is a great prospect for someone who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages (including coffee if trained)
- Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, tables, and equipment
- Restock display items and assist with opening/closing duties
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Expect From You:
- Full availability, including weekends
- Reliable and punctual – you’re always on time and ready to work
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine interest in food, coffee, and customer care
