What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
- Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of your team
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement strategic initiatives
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the sporting goods or fitness industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive in-store experience
- Proficient in data analysis and financial management to drive store performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
