The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the food and beverage service function, ensuring total customer satisfaction while meeting the departmental budget.

Main responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Operations

- Deliver efficient, skilled and personalised food and beverage service in line with Elysium standards.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including service standards, guest billing, cleanliness and equipment.
- Ensure the team maintains strong menu, beverage, dietary and allergen knowledge while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, hygiene and food safety requirements.
- Support Conference & Events setup and operations as required.
- Assist with rostering and maintaining efficient staffing levels.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and support the F&B; team during service, ensuring consistent luxury service standards.
- Coach, train and develop team members to build confidence, capability and product knowledge.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and Elysium brand compliance.





Your experience and skills include:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage environment, with previous supervisory experience essential.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience with Opera Cloud is desirable.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
- Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.
